We are looking for a Software Developer to build and implement functional programs. You will be responsible for the server-side of our web applications. If you have excellent programming skills and a passion for developing applications or improving existing ones, we would like to meet you! You will work with other Developers and Product Managers throughout the software development life cycle!
  • Projects that demonstrate your skills in the area of software development.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Flutter Developer

We are looking for a qualified Flutter developer to join our mobile app team. You will be working with our engineers to develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications. If you’re passionate about mobile platforms and translating code into user-friendly apps, we would like to meet you. As a Mobile developer, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to develop functional mobile applications, while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project to demonstrate work experience as a Flutter developer
  • Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the AppStore or GooglePlay.
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language like Swift or Java.
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
  • Familiarity with OOP design principles.

UI/UX Designing

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients. As a UI/UX Designer, your responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you. You will create functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.
  • Portfolio to demonstrate work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  • Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. Candidates applying in as ‘Legal Interns’ will be the face of the company during all legal proceedings and should be able to prepare motions and other written documents for the benefit of actual clients.
  • Research constitutes an utmost important part of a legal intern. Therefore candidates applying in as Legal Interns should be well versed with various legal research tools, such as Manupatra, Westlaw, etc.
  • Potential candidates should also be aware of all the drafting policies and should be able to complete all assignments perfectly within time limits.
  • Candidates should also be well-versed in reading all legal documents and review policies and minimize company risks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Data Science Intern

Data Science internships are tough to get and even tougher to manage. Codepth needs interns who are hungry to learn and work on tasks that are assigned to them and work on serving our clients the best.
  • Should know the in-and-out of Python and should have a demonstrated portfolio.
  • Should possess excellent knowledge in any of the following topics: Data Analytics, Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
  • NLP or experience in developing AI-based chat box will be a plus
  • Analytical mind and excellent problem-solving skills.

HR Recruiter Intern

With the rising demand in talent, a great recruiter would be one of the most important employees at Codepth. Besides a clear vision and a strong will to work, here are some of the other requirements that an hr recruiter should possess.
  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  • Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
  • Screen resumes and application forms
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
  • Address employee queries about benefits (like the number of remaining vacation days)
  • Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
  • Participate in organizing company events and careers days

Video and Animation Intern

Animators play an important part in the creation of videos or movies. It is a labor-intensive role and would require candidates to produce work under stipulated time frames
  • Excellent audio/ video editing skills are a must.
  • Technical animator skills include knowledge on cutting edge software such as Adobe Flash, 3D Studio Max, etc.
  • Candidates should have a fair knowledge of color theory and a sense of timing and spacing.
  • Attention to minute details is a must, along with keeping the originality of your work intact.
